The National Service Authority has released postings for 18,416 trained teachers for the 2026/2027 national service year, marking the start of the placement and validation process for newly trained educators across the country.

In a notice to prospective personnel, the Authority directed all posted teachers to access their placements via its official portal by visiting its website and completing the necessary steps.

The Authority announced that the regional validation exercise will commence on April 22, 2026, and end on May 15, 2026. All personnel are required to complete the validation process within the stipulated period to avoid complications with their service.

According to the schedule, the national service is expected to officially begin on May 4, 2026, even as validation continues across the various regions.

The Authority further urged all posted teachers to adhere strictly to the timelines and ensure they complete their validation promptly to facilitate a smooth rollout of the service year.
