Some military personnel deployed to Bawku in the Upper East Region have been involved in a road accident at Nkenkesu in the Ashanti Region.
The crash occurred on Sunday, 26 July, and involved a military vehicle and an STC bus, according to preliminary information.
Police officers have been deployed to the scene to support rescue operations, manage traffic and begin preliminary investigations into the incident.
The cause of the crash has not yet been established.
