‘Beware of Cancer-Causing Foods’

Dr. Prince Nelson Mortoti, CEO of PIWAK Natural Health Care

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of PIWAK Natural Health Care, Dr. Prince Nelson Mortoti, has raised concerns about the growing cases of cancer in Ghana.

According to him, the culprit often lies in one’s diet, with certain foods contributing to the growth of cancer.

Dr. Mortoti was particularly concerned about foods such as burnt meat, smoked fish, processed foods, soda, alcohol, and maggi-packed soups, which can increase the risk of cancer.

He emphasised the importance of eating whole, colourful, and natural foods, which provide protection for cells, adding that natural foods like tomatoes, kontomire, garlic, carrots, turmeric, pawpaw, and moringa can fight cancer.

The CEO of PIWAK Natural Health Care, touted the benefits of 3P garlic mixture, a raw garlic mixture produced by PIWAK Natural Health Care, which can fight cancer without any side effects.

Dr. Mortoti advised Ghanaians to resort to local wisdom and natural foods to fight cancer, rather than seeking foreign cures. “Eating whole, colorful, natural foods gives your cells protection. One doesn’t need a foreign cure—just local wisdom on your plate and 3P garlic mixture to fight the disease.”

The CEO’s warning highlights the importance of a healthy diet in preventing and managing cancer. By incorporating natural foods and avoiding harmful substances, Ghanaians can take a proactive approach to reducing their risk of cancer.
