His comments come as the Bank of Ghana’s latest interbank rates put the Cedi at GH¢11.6142 to the dollar for buying and GH¢11.6258 for selling.

The figures on Monday, November 2, 2026, is based on average interbank rates as of close of business on Friday, October 30, also show the Pound Sterling at GH¢15.5549 buying and GH¢15.5704 selling.
