Forms Capital Limited has been adjudged Marketing-Oriented Finance House of the Year, 2025 at the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Ghana (CIMG) 37th Annual National Marketing Performance Awards, in recognition of the company’s excellence in strategic marketing and its commitment to creating value for customers and delivering strong business results.

The award was presented at the ceremony on Saturday, 17 October 2026, at the Labadi Beach Hotel in Accra. The recognition highlights Forms Capital’s strategic approach to marketing, including the use of market insights, effective marketing programmes and customer-focused initiatives to support business growth and strengthen its position in Ghana’s financial services industry.

For Forms Capital, the recognition represents an important milestone in its commitment to making financial services more accessible, relevant and impactful for individuals, businesses and communities.

Commenting on the achievement, Ishmael Abbey, Head of Business Development at Forms Capital Limited, said:

“We are honoured to receive this recognition from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Ghana. It affirms our belief that marketing goes beyond promoting products and services; it is about understanding people’s needs, creating meaningful value and building lasting relationships with customers.

At Forms Capital, we continue to pursue innovative and customer-focused approaches that connect our financial solutions to the aspirations of individuals, entrepreneurs and businesses. This award is an encouragement to keep challenging ourselves, deepening customer trust and contributing to the growth of the communities we serve. We are grateful to our customers, partners and dedicated team members whose continued support and commitment make achievements like this possible.”

Advancing Customer-Centred Financial Services

Forms Capital Limited continues to strengthen its approach to financial services through customer-focused solutions, strategic partnerships and initiatives designed to respond to evolving financial needs. Its marketing philosophy centres on connecting customers with relevant financial opportunities while building trust, improving engagement and supporting sustainable business growth.

As the company advances its growth ambitions and prepares for its next phase of development in Ghana’s financial services sector, the CIMG award provides further motivation to deepen its commitment to innovation, customer experience and responsible business growth.

The company recognises that sustainable success is built on a combination of strong strategy, customer understanding, effective execution and the collective efforts of its people. This achievement therefore belongs to the entire Forms Capital team, alongside the customers and partners who continue to be part of its journey.
