The National Identification Authority (NIA) has announced the full restoration of Ghana Card printing services nationwide after resolving technical challenges that temporarily disrupted the process in recent weeks.
In a press statement issued on Thursday, March 5, 2026, the Authority assured the public that all issues affecting the production of the national identification card have been successfully addressed.
According to the NIA, the technical difficulties had briefly affected the card printing process, leading to a temporary halt in services at its offices across the country.
However, the Authority noted that the challenges have now been resolved, allowing normal operations to resume.
