The Ministry of Health Ghana has issued a strong warning to the public over the circulation of unauthorised links falsely claiming to provide access to its ongoing recruitment portal.
In a statement released by the Ministry’s spokesperson, Tony Goodman, officials clarified that only one official platform is recognised for all recruitment activities: http://mohrecruitment.com. Any alternative links currently being shared—particularly on social media—have been described as fraudulent and should be avoided.
Goodman emphasised that the official recruitment system remains secure and has not been compromised. He dismissed circulating claims of a breach, assuring prospective applicants that the platform’s integrity is intact.
“Any cloned or unauthorised websites should be disregarded entirely,” the statement noted, urging applicants to rely solely on verified communication channels for accurate information.
The Ministry also cautioned the public against engaging intermediaries or individuals offering assistance through unofficial means. To support efforts to combat fraud, members of the public are encouraged to report suspicious activities via the dedicated contact line, 0244435350.
Additionally, the Ministry confirmed that recruitment processes for several categories of healthcare professionals—including pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, physician assistants, and allied health personnel—have been successfully completed.
The next phase of recruitment is scheduled for nurses and midwives, set to take place from May 4 to May 15, 2026.
The Ministry of Health Ghana reiterated its commitment to ensuring a transparent, fair, and secure recruitment process throughout the exercise.
