Ministry of Health to Recruit Health Workers Nationwide

Share on FacebookShare on TwitterShare on WhatsAppp

The Ministry of Health will launch a nationwide recruitment drive for health professionals on April 16, 2026, following financial clearance.

The spokesperson for the Ministry, Tony Goodman, stated that the decentralised process will be competitive and transparent, filling verified gaps in health facilities.

According to him, qualified health workers should watch Ministry of Health and district health administration channels for vacancy details and application guidelines.

He encouraged them to prepare required documents and credentials for the rollout.

The financial clearance is valid until December 31, 2026, and hiring must be completed within this timeframe. The Ministry urges eligible professionals to seize this chance to boost healthcare delivery across Ghana
