Prudential Life Insurance Ghana has launched PRUConnect, a simple and secure digital platform that brings its promise; “Take Control of Your Insurance. Stay Connected Anytime, Anywhere.” to life by giving customers greater control of their insurance journey and convenient access to trusted support.

Making Insurance Simpler and More Accessible

PRUConnect responds to the growing need for convenient, mobile-first access to essential services. By bringing product discovery, policy management and support into one place, the platform reduces the friction customers may face when looking for information or assistance.

This is in line with Prudential’s mission to be the most trusted partner and protector for this generation and generations to come by providing simple and accessible financial and health solutions. It also brings to life our value, “Our Customer Is Our Compass,” by placing customers’ needs, choices and experiences at the heart of how the platform has been designed. Through PRUConnect, that mission and value are translated into a practical digital experience that makes insurance services clearer, easier to reach and more responsive to customers’ evolving needs.

Speaking at the launch, Jane Dornukuor Mingle, Chief Executive Officer of Prudential Life Insurance Ghana, said, “PRUConnect is more than a technology initiative; it is a practical expression of our promise to go the extra mile for our customers. ‘Take Control of Your Insurance. Stay Connected Anytime, Anywhere.’ captures the value we want every customer to experience: greater control, convenience and simpler access to Prudential whenever and wherever they need us.”

Through PRUConnect, customers can explore insurance solutions that suit their needs, keep their policy information in view, handle selected policy needs through self-service options and connect with Prudential support when guidance is required. The platform also provides a reliable touchpoint for useful information throughout the customer’s insurance journey.

Blending Digital Convenience with Human Support

While PRUConnect expands self-service access, Prudential Life Insurance Ghana is also supporting adoption through its branches, agents, call centre, staff and corporate partners. Customers who need assistance will be able to benefit from demonstrations, onboarding support and practical guidance across these touchpoints.

This blended approach recognises that being a trusted partner means combining digital convenience with the reassurance of human support. It ensures that customers can choose how they engage with Prudential while continuing to receive guidance from people who understand their needs.

The CEO added, “Technology alone cannot create an exceptional customer experience. PRUConnect gives customers the ease of digital access, while our people remain available to listen, guide and support them. That combination of convenience, empathy and professional service is how we continue to earn trust and build stronger relationships across generations.”

Building Stronger Relationships Across Generations

By helping people manage their insurance today and stay connected as their needs evolve, PRUConnect strengthens Prudential’s role as a trusted partner and protector across generations.

Customers are encouraged to download PRUConnect and experience a more connected, convenient and confident way to engage with Prudential Life Insurance Ghana. The invitation is simple: Take Control of Your Insurance. Stay Connected Anytime, Anywhere. Through PRUConnect, Prudential’s purpose and mission are brought closer to customers every day.
