A 27-year-old woman, Mariama Ibrahim, has been reported missing after she allegedly disappeared shortly after leaving her boyfriend’s residence in Effiekuma.
Mariama is said to have visited her boyfriend, Tijani Mohammed, on February 25, 2026, where she reportedly stayed for three days.
According to information available, she left the house on February 28 for an unknown destination and has not been seen or heard from since.
Family members and acquaintances say repeated attempts to reach her have been unsuccessful as her mobile phone has remained switched off.
The circumstances surrounding her disappearance remain unclear, raising concern among relatives who say they have not had any contact with her since she left the residence.
Efforts are currently ongoing to trace her whereabouts as family and friends continue to appeal for information that could help locate her.
