The Ghana Armed Forces (GAF) has announced a three-day Documentation and Body Selection Exercise for qualified applicants under its 2026/2027 Enlistment Exercise.
The exercise will take place from September 28 to 30, 2026, at designated centres in the Northern and Southern sectors.
It follows the closure of the online application process on September 23 and marks the next stage of the Armed Forces’ recruitment exercise.
According to the GAF, applicants who have qualified for the Documentation and Body Selection stage will receive text messages providing details of their assigned centres, reporting dates and other relevant instructions.
Qualified applicants have been advised to report to their designated centres on the dates indicated in their messages and comply with all instructions issued by the Armed Forces.
For the Northern Sector, the exercise will be held at the 4 Infantry Battalion, Uaddara Barracks in Kumasi.
Applicants assigned to the Southern Sector are expected to report to the Nicholson Stadium at the Air Force Base in Accra.
The exercise will enable the Ghana Armed Forces to complete the necessary documentation and physically assess applicants who have progressed to this stage of the enlistment process.
The GAF has urged applicants to pay close attention to the text messages sent to them and take note of their assigned centres, reporting dates and other requirements.
The Documentation and Body Selection Exercise forms part of the selection process for eligible candidates seeking enlistment into the Ghana Armed Forces for the 2026/2027 recruitment cycle.
